What happens after the reservation?
Our staff will review your booking as soon as possible and will send you a confirmation of your booking, including the exact details of the payment along whit the bank account number, and all of the important information.
How can I pay?
Currently only bank transfer payment is possible. The bank account number will be emailed to you.
It is important that you also write down the booking number on the transfer for accurate identification! After the confirmation we will hold the apartment for 3 days for you. Until then, you have the opportunity of paying the advance money. The remaining part of the fee can be paid by bank transfer before arrival, or on the spot in cash.
Is there a way to cancel my reservation?
The reservation will be active after the 30%
Your booking will be valid upon payment of the 30% deposit. You can then cancel your booking in a truly justified case, but we will not be able to refund your deposit. You can then use your paid deposit at any other time throughout the calendar year. If you are unable to arrive at any time, you may transfer your deposit.
How can i get to there?
A few days before your arrival, we will send you an accurate map. We will wait at our reception to welcome you. You can occupy your room after 4pm and leave by 10am on the day of your departure.
What I need to bring with me to the vacation?
Our apartments are well equipped as far as possible with kitchen and bathroom. Bed linen and towels are provided upon arrival. Our kitchen machines are enough for a small family.
There is also a high chair and baby cot if needed.
So it’s enough to bring clothes and a good mood for your vacation.
